Living in Georgetown, TX has completely ruined me for everywhere else… and I’m not even a little sorry about it. 🤍 My standards are unrealistically high now because of things like 👇 🌿 The Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas — Whether I’m grabbing coffee, shopping local, or enjoying one of the many festivals, Georgetown’s historic downtown never gets old. It’s truly the heart of this community. 💙 The San Gabriel River & Blue Hole — Having miles of scenic trails and a crystal-clear swimming spot right in town makes it easy to stay active and appreciate the beauty around us year-round. 🏡 The Small-Town Feel with Big-City Convenience — Georgetown has that welcoming, neighborly atmosphere where people actually wave and know your name, yet Austin, Round Rock, and major employers are just a short drive away. ✨ What Your Money Can Buy — Compared to many nearby markets, buyers can often find larger homes, beautiful master-planned communities, golf course living, and newer construction while still enjoying an incredible quality of life. ❤️ The Sense of Community — This is what I’d miss most. I never expected Georgetown, Texas to feel like home this quickly. You know how some places are nice to visit… and other places just fit? That’s Georgetown for me. Need shopping, great restaurants, healthcare, or Austin? They’re all close by—but I still get to come home to a place that feels relaxed.
